Have you thought about what abilities the ‘dragon gem’ gives to the Shimadas when held?

I have thought about it! I don’t have all the details and they may change overtime but my rough ideas for it are:• grants the ability to see people through walls but only within their peripheral vision as well as within 10 metres of themselves, useful for seeing security guards through walls.• enhanced agility, flexibility, and speed. Useful for climbing walls, parkour and free running, getting around security, escaping from guards and police, and being flexible in a fight (so dodging is easier).

In case of an emergency or when engaged in fights, the Shimada are well versed in a variety of martial and self-defense arts (sorry if that is worded wrong), highly educated in escape strategies, and have refined their skills in kendo into a calm and lethal art.

I’ll probably expand onto this someday but for now this is all I could think of.

More Phantom Thief AU stuff. Detectives Morrison and Reyes. Jack’s just don with everyone’s shit (and paperwork) and Gabe just wants his current investigation to be over so he can just go sleep in his bed instead of on the office’s old sofa (that thing certainly doesn’t do wonders for his back).

I couldn’t be half-assed to draw clothes or clean lines today…

!!!!!!! I love D.N. Angel!!! I though of that first when I saw this idea of yours but I didn't think it would have actually been inspired by that manga (just since it's so small)!!! I'm so pumped to see where you go with this

Yeah I’m so peeved it’s on a permanent hiatus though since the mangaka has a shitty habit of doing that (they have it stopped on the dumbest part I’m so pissed omg). I love Detective Conan and the whole Kaito 1412/Kid and D.N. Angel idea, throw that in along with the phantom thief concept that has been a love of mine for years and you get this. Thief and Dishonored inspired this quite a bit too since the whole stealth/sneak aspect in those games is super fun along with their black/dark outfits and the cool abilities. I already have an Assassin’s Creed AU too because sneak games are my favourite so if you like this you may also like that AU too (it’s @asscreedwatch ).

Gee I wonder what class/play style I used in games like Skyrim/ESO and Fallout…

Not a Persona AU

Okay so I’ve seen a few people tag my phantomthief!Hanzo AU with persona(5) but I just wanted everyone to know that this was actually inspired from Kaito Kid and D.N. Angel. I have never played any of the Persona games (I’d like to someday though) so this wasn’t supposed to be related or inspired from it in any way, shape, or form. By all means make your own rad PersonaWatch AUs, I’m just letting you know that isn’t my AU and will never be this AU and that if you could please not associate it as a Persona AU.

I actually like the sketch version more than the final piece but whatever at least I tried to make it nice. Kaito Hanzo’s and McCree’s first encounter is what I was going for but I really have no clue how to do comics so I hope you enjoy this small thing.

Finished PhantomThief!Hanzo or as close to done as I will get it for now. I couldn’t decide on colours at the moment. I definitely want to expand on this AU and develop it better.

Fun Facts:

- Hanzo’s mask can separate into two pieces

- His thief name is the Lone Dragon, a few years ago Hanzo and his brother were known as the Dual Dragons but after the disappearance of the North Dragon, the South Dragon took up the mantle of “Lone”

- The Shimada family is steeped in a long history of art and jewellery thieves

- Hanzo has caught the eye of Detectives Morrison and Reyes

- Hanzo works a day job with McCree and is in love with him, he doesn’t realize that McCree is the reporter Joel Morricone who is following the Lone Dragon closely to get the major scoop
