Translation
Let me speak my thoughts, for the grievance is throttling me. The real causers of the disaster got off lightly, operators only were put in the wrong. We were presented as kind of cave dwellers. Even names of deceased, loved ones were left to their relatives blotted. They are telling you to remember that your son is a criminal, and he was lucky to die, otherwise he should clap into the prison. Murderers are running the show. The first of them is RBMK project scientific advisor and former head of the Academy of Science Aleksandrov A.P. He was lying for three years. Finally, he allowed himself some sincerity making a speech in the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Soviet Union on April 26th, 1989 (you can find it in the Pravda issue from April 27th, 1989), but in my opinion, he guessed that his sincerity will remain inside the Committee walls. If he'd make even such statement right after the accident knowing everything about it, we all could not be prosecuted. ~[ASDyatlov] June 1st, 1989.

That is not an evacuation. Pripyat was built simultaneously with the power plant, so both construction workers and NPP employees were initially living in villages around the construction site. More than 30 buses were gathering them every morning and transporting to the future Chernobyl NPP.
