“Memory is a way of holding onto the things you love, the things you are, the things you never want to lose.” At one time these legs were made for biking. 2014 bikeforkam.com Bike for Kam is a grassroots project created and led by Kam. It’s about a group of friends, old and new, coming together to complete coastal bike tours to raise funds and awareness for all those afflicted with HIBM (today called GNE Myopathy); an extremely rare muscle debilitating condition. HIBM began affecting Kam in her later teenage years. The technology exists to treat and stop the progression but the bottleneck is funding. This is Bike for Kam’s fourth annual ride. All donations are tax deductible to 501©(3) non profit.

French documentary of Tippi Degre's life growing in the African wild. The real Jungle Book.
Tippi Degre has had one amazing childhood. Her French parents relocated to Namibia, Africa as nature photographers and she grew up alongside wild animals. Incredible.

Life is to be lived, not controlled; and humanity is won by continuing to play in face of certain defeat.

Chipotle Ad. Have to give snaps to Chipotle for putting out a creative ad with a message behind it. In a sea of same add tactics and formulaic delivery it's nice to see one that uses animation, art and creativity. Not every ad has to have happy bursting families and children enjoying the shit corporations are trying to sell them.
