Strength doesn't come from doing what you can it comes from doing what you never thought you could! Autumn asks us to share what our favorite workout move is and I would have to say it is the "surrender" workout because it's the firsts one she starts us out with and she tells us it is the hardest one ... I've been learning a lesson through church and that is to give God your firsts of everything so today as I did my surrender pose I prayed "God I surrender to you! I just have to give a big shout out to my amazing sister @licro_ she is so selfless and willing to help and be there for me at any time I honestly don't know what I would do without her half the time!!! Not only is she such an incredible sister to me but she is also such an amazing Aunty to Skyla!!! I needed some Mommy time last night to go out with my friends and my husband and have a good time and she watched Skyla so I could and then today I had an important meeting I had to go to and she watched Skyla for me again today!!! It's such a great feeling knowing I always have her there to count on!!!
