Hello, I read your post about you thinking you may have ADD. I was diagnosed with ADD a while ago and my psychiatrist told me that it is actually a side effect from a sleeping disorder. So if you have problems with your sleep, then it is very well possible that you might have it, since lack of sleep results in lack of organisation, concentration, etc. Hope that helps!
