Theyre both extremely emotional but the difference is nart has better coping mechanisms. Sasuke pushes himself til he dies nart cries talks about it etc hes very emotionally intelligent. Sasuke is NOT you can be wmotional without being emotionally intelligent.

This one is about sakura

Sakura is also emotionally unintelligent tbh like even if we take all her posturing about her crush on sasuke at face value she seems completely ignorant of the impact her behavior has on him. Like hes onviously not interested and she just will not leave him alone. She also famously has a tendency to put her foot in her mouth when it comes to family stuff with nart and sasuke but thats mostly bcos kishimoto needs a way to introduce character conflict without making his precious boys look bad.

We know literally anything about her childhood so i cant speculate on why. The little we do know about her mother being a bit controlling and her parents being civilians makes me think her being closed off comes from a reluctance to talk about stuff with her mom which grew/was encouraged by her induction into ninja society.

People will position her as the conflict resolving component of team 10 but she really is not lol they just do it bcos she a girl and bcos she tried (and failed) to stop their fight on the hospital roof that one time. Also bcos kishimoto is allergic to letting her fight ever. I like her much better as this kind of coarse character with (in canon, not to my preference) a lot of insecurities around her power levels relative to her teammates who does a lot of posturing to cover it up. She was also mentored by tsunade whos character is literally defined by bad coping mechanisms and a pragmatic approach to leadership. Like shes not unemotional but shes willing to make difficult decisions which i think should be echoed in sakura. If anyone is the logician of the group its sakura not sasuke.

I think her and nart should be besties more often and honestly if a romance subplot had been intoduvmced between them i wouldnt have minded too much. I think w/o sasuke present (and with him as a kind of mythical deity in their minds which is what he is do not get it twisted. They dont know him like that) the rivalry shifts to be between them a bit more. But they are still teammates and should work together more often like with kkshi and yhe bells at the beginning of shippuden. Its just kishimoto wrote in this massive gap in power level between them.

yeah. also: kaguaino. the alien goddess who came down to earth and fell in love with her handmaiden. aino cared for all of kaguya's needs. they watched the stars together. aino fell asleep on her shoulder.

aino, a maid with no combat experience, died protecting kaguya, the strongest in the series. she just wanted kaguya and her children to be safe. she didn't care about kaguya's powers or her history. and kaguya never forgot that aino was killed by a human mob, incited by an act of betrayal. maybe aino was the only human who kaguya ever truly loved.
