Oftentimes, this precious time is neglected or taken for granted. Guilt by the fact that you are idle and feel like wasting time.
When did rest days become a bad thing?
When did it become a luxury when all we were doing was recharging after a hard, demanding week of work?
This is a reminder to everyone, including myself, that getting enough rest is perfectly acceptable. We have all of this time to ourselves. Relax. Lay down. Sip coffee, feel the passage of time, and rejuvenated.
