Kara felt someone grab her up, raising her cane ready to fend them off if they were trying to attack her. When she heard a friendly voice offering help, she quickly lowered it and turned herself around so she would be facing the direction of the voice. “Oh! Damn it, I’m still learning with this thing but its supposed to stop that happening” she laughed softly “I have to go to the office to pick up some adaptive equipment or something, it’s supposed to help me read and write in class though that makes me sound like a kindergartener”
He almost jumped back when he saw the girl raise her cane, laughing in relief when she lowered it. “Sorry,” Kristoph said, smiling softly. “I should have at least warned you first before grabbing your arm. And don’t worry about it. Learning’s fun. How are you finding it anyway?”
Kara was still a bit defensive after everything that had happened, one of the only positives she found was that she had a ready made weapon on hand at all times just in case. "It's fine, I'm just still a bit jumpy I guess" Kara told him, she could just about make out how tall he was but couldn't see any detail of him as everything to her was like blocks of colors "It's...tough. But I guess I'm getting there"
