Right now the best I know, is gratitude, love, compassion, forgiveness, dream visualization, self-acceptance, exercise, swimming, being with positive, kind, happy and loving people, eating good and healthy foods, doing what I feel happy about, inner child work, talking to my guides, having fun, traveling, getting money, having good sex... lol that's my philosophy to life... right now
