Other passengers can also have invisible disabilities, no matter how young or healthy they look, so this is why you shouldn't shove past anyone in a way that could jostle them or knock them off balance, no matter how slowly they're moving towards their seat, and no matter how impatient you're feeling.
Always remember, everyone else on public transportation is a human being, and you are not the main character of the bus. Show other passengers basic courtesy and consideration.
