This sounds like the campaign that my squad tried to do.

We were known as The Band of Idiots and featured:

Fawn, a perverted elf who was "tortured" into insanity by a group of orcs. He is now a bard and exotic dancer in a small town.

DeGrunk, a freakishly tall dwarf with a beard fetish who was banished from his home due to his persuasions, height, and severe memory problems. When the other characters first encounter him, he's sitting in a tavern without pants.

And, finally, Max. An average human in all aspects aside from one.

Max is obsessed with ducks, to the point where he cannot function when one is around.

Some of the group's misadventures include Fawn trying to seduce an old woman into giving them free supplies, resulting in her setting her hellhound guards onto the trio.

DeGrunk obtaining a pair of pants only to lose them again later on as he forgot to tie them.

When the trio finally got supplies, they endes up using most of the rope to restrain Fawn and keep him from teabagging a harpy corpse when he rolled a 1 while attempting to search it.
