Miriel and Kellam, 2012. I was asked about whether I am going to post my oldest drawings from Pixiv here on Tumblr. I've thought about it, and I've decided that I probably won't. I will focus on my daily sketches and try to post a new one every day. At this point I've uploaded a good portion of work from the backlog that I think holds up well when compared to what I can do now or have done recently. But I might find more from before 2025 that I like on days when I'm feeling less critical of myself and upload them then, lol. In the meantime, here is my oldest drawing from Pixiv. Not my first, that got deleted because I was self-conscious, but the first one I kept from 2012 to 2025. Mostly I'm posting it as a benchmark of progress I've made over the years. You can see in this one that there are some mistakes, like Kellam's head being really big. I also hadn't developed an artist's signature yet. But I do like this one because it's nostalgic. Miriel x Kellam was always my sister's favorite pairing, so I drew this for her as a birthday present. I tried really hard.😭
