Unforgotten is always an underrated show. I find that it has a raw and delicate way of talking about pain. It breaks my heart.

Does anyone else find the scene in episode 6 where daphne r*pes Simon horrible to watch? I feel as though the world has just ignored that because of the sex scenes, costumes, the rest of the series? And the fact that we then have to watch 2 episode in which they fight over who did what wrong. If it was daphne who didn’t want to have kids then everyone on this platform would support her, as they should. But everyone is ignoring Simons wishes. This is a load of bs and ruined the rest of the season for me.

I really think netflix has no idea what it’s like to be gen z. Firstly with a pedophilic look on teenagers with a strip dance on riverdale that I can’t even watch. They have made a massive misstep cancelling tv shows with lgbtq representation. We are bored with the same story over and over. The depths and places they could have gone with a new world being built by teenagers. Telling the story of where humanity has gone wrong in the past and bringing them to light is a gift little/no shows have. They constantly unrepresent what it’s like to be a young adult in this day and age. It’s exhausting. Fix yourself. For our benefit. Please.

Spinnning out is great for talking about bipolar disorder and lithium and shit. Like go Netflix. But why isn’t anybody talking about how it talks about racism? Like the whole Marcus flashbacks with his father. And staying in jail for a whole weekend cause he doesn’t have a rich father to pay him out of jail. And the scene with the white woman calling the police. Man you people are sleeping on that... smh
