ive actually had the same issue quite a few times; i wouldn't recognize myself in the mirror, i forget who it felt like to be me and have a personality, and i felt disconnected from emotion like a puppet. i don't know if thats what you've been feeling too, but not knowing what you look like in the way you're describing it sounds like depersonalization. it happens to be when my anxiety and depression get really bad. i think if you would like to get better, you could try going on walks or break down the biggest stressors in your life? it's fairly common, but not many people know the name to the feeling. i hope this helps, even just a little!

I understand this isn't my usual post at all but I just really need to get this out. I feel like I don't know what I look like, whenever my friends draw or make something that apparently 'looks like me' I can't agree; same goes for whenever I try to draw myself, I always feel like it isn't me and maybe just what I think I look like.

I have no idea why I think this way at all and I don't want to self diagnose if it really is anything. I already know I have extreme anxiety but I don't know how that correlates- same with my ADHD. If you have ANY and I mean ANY ideas of what this may be please let me know.
