I have to thank @solmaz_asheri for introducing me to this show! It is the prefect cocktail of my unhealthy obsession with reality shows and my life's passion combined. In my experience, (and I will reiterate this, it may not be the same for everyone else) the pressure, anxiety, time restrictions, projects and most importantly the psychological roller coaster the artists go through on this show, completely defines what art school is/was for me, only there's no "one" winner at the end and instead of $100,000 dollars and fame you leave with $40,000-$50,000 in debt (broker than broke) and relatively unknown only to work even harder at whatever your "art world" dream is meanwhile supporting yourself with a "real" job or starving. And you know what?
