Day 236 Miles Completed: 10 Total Mileage: 1157.6/2018 #katieruns2018 Status: Behind 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ I have been battling some kind of stomach bug for the last couple days and have been forced to abstain from running. Somehow I managed to crank out 10 miles today - amazing what you can do when you’ve basically done nothing but rest the last couple days - despite my stomach still being a little iffy. In the meantime, as it so often does, life went on around me! Most notably, Miles passed his sash test in Kung fu and is now a blue sash! Tonight he had his sash ceremony. Post includes pictures of him before testing, a video of his routine from testing (he’s in the middle), photos from the ceremony and a video of his sash being presented.
