Please donât push loved ones away, youâll never understand how much it hurts to constantly be put down and being second choiced. Keeping relationships up and together takes teamwork and understanding. Please show the people you love that you do! One day they might not be there anymore and then youâll regret it a lot.
Self Care Activities of the week: Sunday
Self Care is important and should be a part of your daily routine rather it is for 5 minutes, 2 hours, or the whole day. Everything you witness is a symbol that is connected to a powerful source of energy. The days of the week is a great example, did you know that each day spurs out a specific energy? You are full of vibrations that make you one with everything in this mysterious world so the Universe wants you to merge your gift of energy with the days of the week so you can stroll through life easier. When you follow the particular energies of whichever day of the week it is, you will be granted with new experiences, wisdom and completion.

Imagine if you were living in a small community without technology and surrounded solely by nature. You would not know much about the world except that every day a bright circle wakes up the sky, warms your village, and brings life to the surface. You realize that this circle is important for human life so you dedicate the first day of the week to be called Sunday. The name Sunday is literally Sun day or the day of the sun. The sun reflects on you so you can reflect on yourself, replenish your energy, and relax your mind, body, and soul before moving forward with the rest of the week.
