hey uh, things are going a little insane, and i don't usually post anything, anywhere, but please pay attention to what's going on
whether it's trans/lgbtq+ rights being rapidly stripped, deportation and immigration atrocities happening right now with camps etc, national and international aid being demolished, or any of the other absolute tragedies of the current times, please pay attention
do what you need to do to maintain your mental health, and take whatever breaks you need, but when you have the brain-space to think about all this, please speak out
the very existence and lives of people are being threatened, and everyone needs to be as alert and on guard as they are able
protect your neighbors, protect your friends, and protect strangers from this abhorrent train of chaos we're apparently all unwilling passengers on
it's time to stand up and speak out
they've already gone too far
make sure you're ready
if you don't defend those under threat now
they'll be coming for you next
