My therapist says that journaling is the best way to help with managing my emotions. Some of it will be handwritten, some of it will be drawn.
The easiest will be as a tumblr post.

It's gonna get messy - that has been promised to me. But I'm hoping that it all leads to a fuller, healthier life.
