Day 3, Mummy Monday.

One of my entries for Adepticon’s Crystal Brush 2016 competition, The Mage by Kingdom Death. This one was my rush project, so there’s a good bit I’d change, looking at it now (mainly the base and that curvy weapon), but I’m happy with her colorscheme and the progress I made with freehand.

My entry into Single Figure at Warmachine Weekend 2015, Una the Falconer. She took first in her category.

My Warmachine Weekend 2015 entry into the 90 Day challenge, in which we had 90 days to paint up a Lanyssa Ryssyll and stick her on a game-ready base. She took home first in her category and first overall.

Warmachine Weekend 2015 was an excellent time! Got to hang out with some great painters, meet up with some folks I only really get to see at cons, came down with nasty sinus junk and blew snot everyewhere, and played like twenty hours of Kingdom Death Monster.  

I also had the good fortune to take home the Master Craftsmen award, alongside Brian White, who earned both 2015 Invitational tournament AND the Explosivo award for best sportsman. Whoo!
