HEALTHY COCONUT BERRY POPSICLES
I made these berry popsicles for the kids (and us!) yesterday. They are, healthy, DELICIOUS and super easy!
INGREDIENTS
1 can coconut milk
2 cups frozen berries
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 small handful baby kale
1 heaped tbsp yogurt
METHOD
Blend all ingredients in the blender then pour ingredients into popsicles moulds and into the freezer. Enjoy!
