hey, I'm kavaleyre ๋࣭ ⭑✧◦

I'm a digital artist for animated feature films who loves to illustrate and write. I love anything with knights, pirates, or a lot of scifi/fantasy lore I can sink my teeth into.

This blog is a mix of personal thoughts and my art! You will likely see a lot of fan art and character study ramblings. You can find all of my art under the tag #my art . I will occasionally post art with mature themes or visuals, so please peruse at your own discretion.

I think Vash, Wolfwood, Milly, and Meryl deserve some lovely nights relishing in their little found family between the chaos of their lives. I did this piece for the Eggshells Trigun zine… I really enjoyed depicting trans joy and the comfort of finding people who love you and know you for exactly who you are. Even if you cheat at cards.

Cullen Stanton Rutherford: the “Lion of Fereldan”, the former Templar Knight-Captain of Kirkwall, and the Commander of the Inquisition.

And husband to Inquisitor Lavellan, of course.

I have fallen deep into the glorious hell of replaying Dragon Age over and over. I wanted to draw Cullen as my Inky sees him, partially inspired by the mods I have this play though. I am just so enthralled with their romance, and I love Cullen’s development over the three games. I began this is a quick doodle for the cover of my Spotify playlist, and it got a little out of hand... Drawn in procreate. I used it as a warm up and cool down drawing after studio, so I didn’t really keep track of how long it took, but I estimate somewhere between 15 and 20 hours total.
