To anyone out there who needs this today:
Go drink some water
Take your meds
If you are hungry or haven't eaten for a couple days, then have a snack, it is perfectly okay to eat
You don't have to be skinny to be happy
Have a shower to rinse off the day
Don't forget to try brush your teeth!
Take a walk and if you can't then look out your window and count the clouds (if there are no clouds then what colours do you see/take some photos and draw your own stars in 🤗)
Take a breather, relax your jaw and shoulders
Do a posture check (make sure you're not slumped over, and if you've been laid/sat down for a while stand up and stretch)
