I read your post about being a hippie mama, and im on the exact track. I want to become a midwife with all my heart. But I don't know where to start? How did you?

I am doing it online, it just depends on what kind of midwife you would like to be a cnm (certified nursing midwife) which is more into the medicine side of it. then you have your cpm (certified perfessional midwife) which is more with homeopathic remedies and not in the medicine. also just depends on what is legal in your area :) I would love to help more :) and give you links to great schools.

  I am a doula in training going back to school to be a midwife, believe in homebirthing, vbac, placenta encapsulation, and the empowerment of women through other women.

we should not put each other down for the choices that each of us make but we should back each other up.

Well coming home early

Douglas came home about two days early so he gets to spend some time with my family before we head to fort Bragg on sat/sun I'm looking forward to the move just not the horrible drive lol any advice to give a pregnant women with interstate anxiety/

Moving (why is it so stressful)

We have been moving to fort Bragg for two weeks and on Sunday Bray Douglas and I will officially live there. I'm excited for this journey as a family :) but sad to be moving away from ny family.

This is my 3rd miscarriage in a year, I am devstated.

we having been trying for 5 months and out of the two months we did get pregnant we have lost it ...

My heart is broken </3

I want bradyn to have a sister or a brother. He deserves to grow up with a sibling! I don't wanna cry but im just sitting here well bradyn takes his nap with my head in my hands sobbing.... I just wanna know what is wrong with me. Why i grew one healthy beautiful and amazing child, but i cant get passed the first 8 weeks with the 2nd.

( I feel horrible because i know some women can t have children and have tried for a long time and i feel like this is self pity... but i just need this off my chest)
