Max Schneider at Busch Gardens was so perfect !
So, today was just plain perfect ! Ryan, Max’s tour manager, text’s me and asks me if i can come to the tour bus to do the interview and of course i said yes. My friend and i went through HELL AND BACK just to get to the bus. We asked about 7 different security guards where the buses were and i got a bunch of different locations, so i finally had to call Ryan again and figure out what gate they were at! When we got there, the security guy wouldn’t let us back so i had to call Ryan AGAIN, i felt so bad for calling so many times, and i told him, so he went to get the passes for us, but Max came up to where we were and Ryan called us all over, so we just went back, the security guy stared us down, HAHAHA, WE WON !
4:30 rolls around and we walked on the bus and sat down in the back and his dad offered us jackets because it was literally an igloo on that bus, why i turned down that offer, i don’t know!
Before the interview started, it started POURING outside and my friend mentioned how we had to walk back to the park, so Max told us we could just hang out on the bus until the rain dies down, but it didn’t by the time we left anyways. We hung out for a good hour and just talked. We talked about an episode of How to Rock that they filmed, and how he really wanted to see the Cee-Lo episode ! We talked about Figure It Out, and about how much fun getting slimed is, he LOVES it, just not the fact that they film like 4 episodes in a row, so you have to continuously shower in between episodes! We talked about all the monkeys in his bus and how he called a Chimp that was gonna be on HTR a monkey and the trainer got pissed and corrected him! We talked about the video game that him and his friends were playing before and he told us a secret! He asked how old my friend and I were and we told him and he was like “oh, so we’re all close in age” and he was telling us a story about when they were in Vancouver and the drinking age is 19, so he was like “I just decided i’m gonna walk into a bar and i ordered a beer for my buddy and the guy was like ‘alright’ and i was like whaat!” it was great!
Nearing the end, it was about 5:20 then and he said that he was gonna go eat dinner and then he had to perform and his dad mentioned that the show was cancelled and his reaction was “WHAT!” He was SO upset and the look on his face just made me want to cry! We got up and he hugged me, and can i mention that he smells good. We walked to the front of the bus and said bye to his dad, who was so nice, and he was like “Do y'all have CD’s?” and we were like no, so he went to get us some and we sat back down and i asked him to call Toni-Lynn since she couldn’t make it! His dad asked if he wanted to personalize our CD’s, so he did and then we walked off the bus and i looked like an idiot because i couldn’t get the door shut, so i turned and looked at him and asked how, and then i finally got it shut. We walked for a bit and when we got to the point where we had to part ways, we hugged again and this time he rubbed my back, and then i noticed all the young girls standing behind the fence screaming as my friend and i walked away.
Yeah, take me back to that hour, PLEASE!
