Made it to Kings Bay!!!!

I thought this day would never come but it's finally here. My daughter and I made it safely. We're settling into our apartment now. Going to take a nap then head out to do a little shopping. I'm so glad to be back with my husband!!!

Moving tomorrow!!!!

My last day in Michigan! Tomorrow I'll be hopping on a plane to my new home. I can't wait to wrap my arm around my husband!! The only time we will be apart after this is when he goes underway. Even when he is on duty/watch at least we will be in the same state for once. I am so excited and super nervous. But I am ready for this!!

I booked my plane ticket yesterday! My daughter and I have thirteen days until we leave. The movers are set to come in a week. Yayyy! This is really happening. I'm so excited!!! He is waiting for us at our new place.

My husband just left. I wish I could of went with him! He's driving to Kings Bay and getting our housing situated first. Then our daughter and I will finally be moving. I'm praying it doesn't take that long to get housing and the movers together, because I just really want to be with him!

My life is being uprooted to Georgia!!!!

I am really excited. But....this whole PCS has got me scared and super nervous. For the first time ever I will be away from my family!!! No more waking up seeing my sisters, brother, niece and nephew daily. No more watching my daughter play with her cousins, That's going to be hard getting use to. I am going to miss them dearly. We only have a couple of weeks left here and I going to make the most of it. Once we move my nearest family members will be a SIX hour drive away. Plus we still haven't found a place yet. My husband wanted to rent out a house but It's starting to look like we are going to be living on base.
