Spring Into a New Hair Style!

Spring is finally here! What a perfect time to spruce up your locks! Not sure what "doo" to do? No problem, KBL Media has your covered with Spring/Summer 2014 Hair Trends. Check it out:

BOB IT UP : This late 2013 turned 2014 trend is sweeping the nation! This season's bobs come in all shapes and sizes, from slick and smooth to choppy and textured.

WHITE HOT : Many blondes are going from warm gold tones, to iced out almost silvery hues. The best part about this trend is that the cool hair tones look great on every skin tone!

MERMAID WAVES : Shout out to all the lazy girls, Spring's newest trend is doing you a favor! Mermaid waves have a relaxed, no-fuss look. Probably the most fun way to achieve this "doo" is to frolick and play in the salty ocean :) But if you aren't lucky enough to live at the beach, you can sleep in braids, then spritz a little texturizer  on your locks the next morning to get the same effect!

Bravo TV Announces Spring Seasons!

Bravo TV junkies, Spring is your lucky season!

Yesterday, Bravo TV announced more than THIRTY shows that will be airing on the popular TV network later this season. These shows consist of both NEW reality TV & scripted series and old favorites like Don't Be Tardy, Below Deck, The Millionaire Matchmaker, and numerous others!

One of the most anticipated shows of the season is matriarch of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Caroline Manzo's spin off, Manzo'd With Children. Produced by Sirens Media, the show will feature Manzo, her husband, Al, and their 3 adult children who drive her crazy on a daily basis! And we can only hope that Jacqueline Laurita, Caroline's sister-in-law and a former Jersey Housewife, will make regular appearances on the show! 

Atlanta's very own Kandi Burruss (The Real Housewives of Atlanta) is also getting her own wedding series, because we can't think of anything more stressful than planning a wedding and having to re-live it over and over on TV ;) From what the viewers saw on this season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kandi's mom (Mama Joyce) and her drama with Todd (Kandi's fiance) is sure to make Bravo's ratings of the series SKY HIGH!

Needless to say, we are so excited to see what Bravo TV has to offer this season, and you should be too!

Atlanta Food & Wine Festival 2014

It's that time again! We are creeping up on one of our favorite events of the year, the Atlanta Food & Wine Festival!

                   The Atlanta Food & Wine Festival consists of 4 days worth of fabulous fun, food, and wine... 3 thing that are ALWAYS welcome in our book ;)

"The Atlanta Food & Wine Festival is the creation of the dynamic Atlanta entrepreneurial duo, Elizabeth Feichter and Dominique Love. Their work developing a national cause-marketing campaign for FOOD & WINE magazine led the duo to the magazine’s famed FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen.  So impressed by the Classic’s programming and how the weekend drew smart, food-loving people, Feichter and Love decided to recreate the concept in Atlanta to showcase and celebrate their beloved Southern region and its rich food and beverage traditions."

This year, the Atlanta Food & Wine Festival takes place in the heart of Midtown, May 29-June1, 2014.

CONGRATS to Sherie L. Nevett on the success of her Spring/Summer Collection 2014 Fashion Show!

KBL Media was fortunate enough to sit front row at the 2014 Spring/Summer Sherie L. Nevett Fashion Show which appropriately took place on the FIRST DAY of Spring last week! As the music blared, guests were invited to walk a red carpet and enjoy yummy appetizers & wine before taking their seats. The theme of the show was Fancy Playfulness, here is a little blurb about what Fancy Playfulness means to Sherie:

Romantic flair and enchanting colorful gardens.
