8. How is their handwriting?

Very neat, he can also write in cursive. Matthias got penmanship training at a young age, and despite trying to break away from his royal background his writing hand can't forget those lessons.

9. What is their primary sleeping position?

On his stomach, but honestly he's able to fall asleep in any position if he manages to use up all his energy by the end of the day. Which isn't too common.

12. What's in their pockets?

Keys and sometimes a lighter and/or multitool. He doesn't have a wallet, so if he needs to take money somewhere he limits how much he's carrying.

19. How likely are they to start a fistfight at a funeral?

Unlikely unless it was for someone he knew and somebody insulted them. Matthias knows a funeral is not the place, but he wouldn't be able to control himself in that specific situation.

Not food/environmental ones, but because he is a demon he does react badly to holy objects

One of the princesses, or occasionally Bowser. He's not very good at Mario Kart though, or any video game for that matter

"Do not make eye contact: aggressive." Matthias is known for getting into fights with total strangers, even when he knows he's going to lose, because he's extremely proud and unwilling to back down if he's challenged. Direct eye contact without any words, especially from strangers, makes him feel threatened and he gets aggressive in response.

YALL ITS BEEN A WHILE

I have a new hyperfixation. oops.

this is Aster (they/he), they're a contortionist based on those bendy flower toys. They've been in the circus for a few months (or so they think, but what does that really matter in the digital space)

He has one eye and a mouth, but because his face is so small they can't fully open at the same time. Somehow he manages to speak with an eye open anyway. This took a long time to get used to and their voice still sounds quiet and sort of awkward.

In terms of personality he's very jaded and cynical. He stays out of adventures unless he's forced into them somehow and even then he participates as little as possible. He's long since given up trying to remember who he was before joining the circus.

for the drawing on the bottom right they're probably talking to Pomni, who I'd imagine would still try to keep track of time despite it not really working as normal.

They're already so fun to work with, I'll likely tweak them as this show goes on :3

45. A character you no longer use? So I have an OC called Silver, who's in charge of navigation on an Irken ship. Defining feature is a gray scarf around their mouth. But when I was like 12 years old I had a Silver who was a cyborg soldier. He was an entirely different person, I don't think of these two as the same even though they shared a name

50. Talk about anything you want Most of my OCs are for Invader Zim but recently I've been wanting to switch them out of a fandom form. I no longer consider IZ my main fandom, I barely participate in fandom at all, but I don't want to just abandon my special little guys.

My intention isn’t to BOSS people around. But people who don’t create on tumblr really have to understand that if creators stop posting here, you won’t have anything else to like but maybe memes. If you want content to circle around to your dashboard... you have to pay it forward and reblog. That is why this website is dying. The Ban is not the only reason.

Tumblr doesn’t have verified checkmarks. Tumblr doesn’t have an algorithm to you show ❝The Best Stuff❞. Tumblr doesn’t display how many followers you have. Tumblr isn’t obsessed with subscriptions. 

Tumblr is an even playing field compared to websites like Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube. Which means its up to us, the users, to spread the word of people we enjoy-- the way the internet should be.

I’m not asking you to reblog shit you don’t like. I’m not asking you to reblog everything out of pity. But when you see a post you genuinely like, reblog it.

I think so many people mistake the ‘you should reblog’ message with ‘I’m greedy and all I want is notes’ when it’s really not at all like that.

When creators say they’re discouraged from creating because their posts get no notes, they don’t mean they will refuse to create unless their last edit reaches at least 1k notes. What they mean is that the effort they’re putting into creating something purely out of inspiration and the need to share their passion and creativity with the world is being consumed and forgotten, just like it is on Instagram. Tumblr has changed from having an even reblog-like ratio, or even twice as many reblogs as likes, to being another social media where users consume content instead of sharing it.

We’re not trying to force you to reblog everything or want you to fill your blog with things you don’t like. But Tumblr is built on reblogs and likes. This is not a fast-food company where you can order something, consume it, and then throw it away. The very base of this website is sharing, as opposed to Instagram. Here, likes don’t give our posts exposure, reblogs do.

Notes are not the problem, the fact that you want new content without supporting creators is. So yeah, don’t be surprised if creators stop creating because nobody wants to share their creations.
