Write down ONE GOAL that you will achieve this week - make it realistic, winnable, and something you've been meaning to get to - so by the weekend, when it's done - you'll "FEEL THE WIN" .. and this will fill your sails with enough wind to plan your next goal, your next win. Bigger battles are won by smaller ones - large BHAG's (big hairy audacious goals) are won by small wins along the way. It's important to focus on the smaller wins .. if you fail - that's fine, you've learned something - "here's a way it won't work" - now figure out why, adjust, then try again with a new plan. Maybe divide it into smaller pieces, smaller wins, so eventually you get there. Or maybe change the angle of approach to a challenge .. whatever .. just don't quit!
