Spoiler alert: You can’t.

These are really powerful. I struggled with PPD and PTSD from birth trauma and it was hard. Even with my wonderful husband I tried to hide it and felt like a terrible mom and had suicidal thoughts and didnt want to be touched. This is something that really needs to be talked about. And more so than the usual “baby blues” talk. Many moms suffer this and they need to know they wont be judged and have support.
