Takemichi who's terrified of fire. He walks his friends home at night. He panics when someone shows up late. He'll spend the whole day keeping an eye on them.

He has a list of everyone's hopes and dreams. He pleads with them to follow them, that he'll be right there with them. Takemichi who apologises but never says why.

random thought about manila future timeline/bad toman!mikey:

Mikey in general actually. Mikey is perceived to be kind of lazy in a sense by the fandom. If you watch the chibi revengers episodes there is one episode where Draken tells Takemichi what he does for Mikey in a day which includes waking him up, getting him to shower, eat, taking him to school, waking him up for lunch, taking him home and do daily menial tasks.

While, sure I guess you can say he is lazy but I thought what if Mikey wasn't like that before Shinichiro died? What if his 'laziness' started after the death of his older brother which made these menial tasks turn into actual chores for him to do which was why Draken(and Emma) did all these things for him, basically taking care of him so he didn't die of fuckin' starvation?

Mikey needed help and I imagine after Emma's death(in the Kanto incident in particular), Draken stopped helping him.

In season 3(I think it was season 3) it talks about how Mikey just blindly trusted Izana and there is no other reason given except that they ar brothers or whatever they say. In my opinion, it was because Izana was the only one taking care of him so in return, Mikey gave Izana his blind support and trust.

I think in this timeline Mikey has no idea Izana was the one that let Kisaki murder Emma so yeah...

Like, I can imagine Draken just absolutely shitting on Mikey, before he leaves toman, for trusting this absolutely vile man(Izana) and Mikey just going "but he loves me 🙁" and going along with whatever Izana says because Izana is reminding him to eat, making him get out of bed, making him go shower and brush his teeth. Sure he's probably getting emotionally manipulated but Mikey just sees someone is caring for him and just clings to them for dear life because he just needs to be cared for and Izana is the only one doing it.
