Am…I dead???

Well, no, I imagine not. I know it’s been a little while since I last updated my blog, and I decided I really want to be more active on it. Likely not as active as on my other social sites, but enough to where I can be more actively engaging with somewhat of an audience.

Not much as been happening since the last time I posted. I did do a few more pieces, and I likely will update this site later with them, but not right at the moment.

Covid has put most of my process on holt (mainly with the convention scene), but things are starting to get back into the swing of things. I have one event planned for the end of the month (MechaCon) and will be my first convention in 2 1/2 years. I will update my experience once the convention is over.

As for now, though, I have been streaming my drawing process on Twitch (username: ken3_art) multiple times a week if anyone is interested in keeping in better update with me. :)

I want to share this with everyone. 5 years apart. The one on the left was a commission I did for a friend of mine, before I started grad school, using acrylic paint. The one on the left is one I did last week, after finishing grad school using Photoshop. When I did the original, I didn’t know how to draw digitally, but I wanted to. I always knew I wanted to go further and learn more. And I think these two side by side shows the progress I have made! What a journey! 🖤
