It doesn’t have anything to do with him being a ghost afaik. It’s supposed to be like a true potential thing, where he gains a new power because he knows his friends remember him. It’s the power of friendship.

I feel like destinys shadow is more accurate because you can interpret “shadow” as saying that the lil boat is a homage to the destinys bounty

yeah destiny’s shadow is definitely the right name, i think ‘daring bounty’ might’ve just been the original rough draft script name (before someone was like ‘hey you know what sounds better?’) and they wrote the episode captions based on the rough drafts and didnt edit them?

frankly i’m just generally curious how captions get written

lloyd’s cool new boat bike thing is called the destiny shadow in dialogue but i’ve been watching the episodes on the cartoon network website (they hid season 7 here but i found it) with closed captions on because of reasons and in the captions theyre consistently calling it the daring bounty so what is the truth

ok so morro like. not betraying wu, and using his own revival to go warn him about the evil plot afoot instead of joining in on the villainy was pretty cool of him

but also nice reformed!Morro straight up sneaking up on his old sensei and whispering menacingly over his shoulder by way of introducing himself was so aesthetic

that was really touching and emotional and sweet but also? like. we literally already did the ‘lets go back in time to change how this played out’ gimmick before. so like. why didnt that occur to anyone earlier?? why didnt someone at some point say hey yknow what we could do? wish none of this had even happened (but like, in very specific words so the wish couldnt be used against them)
