There are so many hard hearts in this world. So many people who have been burned by others or circumstances and feel like their lives can never improve. Instead of letting them suffer in their own lack of self-worth, why don't we build them up? Show them that not everyone is the same and build them up and show them that they can be great? Look for the best in people and help them utilize their best qualities. Why don't we try to use our talents to implement a little change in the world each day? Leave the world better than we found it.

There are days when I feel bogged down in my own circumstances. There are so many things that I want to accomplish, yet I feel the moment isn't right, the conditions aren't perfect. We have to stop waiting for the perfect moment, and make each moment perfect. Every day may not be sunny. But who knows, a few clouds and a rain shower could lead you to a destination you would have never expected. And lead you to accomplish things beyond your imagination.

So often, our time is consumed with thoughts about time. Not having enough, wasting it, not being able to spend it how we please. We worry about not having enough time, instead of trying to use our time to make something that transcends time. To make something that is endless. To make something that touches people across generations. That is what should be consuming our time.

Do you ever have the overwhelming urge to travel? To go to a new place and see sights that startle you - that make you question what you want out of life and what you’re living for. That make you want to pack a bag and explore all the sights and cultures and people the world has to offer. That make you want to leave all of the materialistic possessions behind and truly live. See what it is you find out there when you’re looking for yourself. That’s how I feel right now, with an intensity that can’t be satisfied.

How scary is life? We're stumbling through, trying to make the best decisions we can, and still screwing up along the way. The thing about life is that change is scary. Whether it's changing the way you part your hair or changing the very values that make up your inner self - change has a natural way of not sitting well in human minds. But, what if that's because few people have the strength to change into what they know they can be? What can make them better. And that is truly what separates the great from those whom never reach their true potential. I hope you live a life you're proud of. If you're not, I hope you find the strength to start over.

I’ve always thought it’s strange how people try and belittle your dreams. There’s always going to be someone out there who is telling you that you aren’t good enough. But why? Because the people who are truly great make you believe that you can be great, too. So keep your head up darling, kill them with success, and bury them with a smile :)
