almost daily i see people describe fascists as schizophrenic and psychotic because "they must be mentally ill to be bad people".

it's so fucking weird to me that people can't accept that humans have the capacity to simply be fucking assholes, and that has literally nothing to do with mental health?? humans can be corrupt, evil, fucking terrible cunts and still be entirely neurotypical. so please for the love of fuck: stop saying bad actions only ever come from mental health causes. it is statistically completely inaccurate and hugely stigmatising.

(also, not to mention how offensive it is to say "fascists are only bad because they're mentally ill" when fascists literally came for disabled people with schizophrenia, psychosis, autism first and lined them all up and shot them in psych wards?? eugenics is a huge part of fascism and you're not helping by saying bigoted, stigmatising, pro-eugenics bullshit).

people are always (wrongly) saying "oooh schizophrenics are so scary!", and so rarely stopping to think how scary schizophrenia is for those of us who live with it.

i constantly feel threatened. i see things that aren't there. i hallucinate that people are holding weapons. i think most people are plotting to kill me. i feel like i am being watched constantly. i think most of my friends hate me. i hear voices that tell me they're going to harm me. i have very severe sensory processing issues which are also scary because the world is made even more overwhelming by that, and that's just a few of the daily things i deal with.

schizophrenia is tiring. it's exhausting. and it's made even harder to deal with by people assuming i'm a dangerous person when i would never hurt anyone. the only thing that is scary is dealing with this condition with the added ableism from society.

please be empathetic. if you meet a schizophrenic don't ever assume something about them. maybe stop and think about how hard it can be having this condition and be kind.

we should never let sanism slide, no matter how common it is or how it's integrated into so much modern vocabulary. if someone uses mental illness as an insult, let it irritate you. don't get used to it, don't let it be normal. be so annoying about it. be the one friend who is too woke because otherwise it can never end.

be annoyed when "delusional" is said as an insult. be annoyed when the words "narcissist" & "abuser" are used interchangeably. be annoyed when "psychotic" is used to mean "dangerous."

I'm in the Kindergarten fandom (series of games) which as the name implies features kindergartners.

I swear the amount of suggestive comments and straight up NSFW fics and headcanons I've seen from this fandom is astounding. It'd be fine if it was only the teachers (who are obviously adults) but nope, it's always the kids.

People act like games having gory content is an excuse to sexualize children who are FIVE YEARS OLD and it's actually infuriating.

Its funny how your "system" is only fictives.

We aren't "only fictives". We have many many brain made/songtive/factives ect. Factives creating their own blogs is iffy for obvious reasons, our songtive are shy, and our brain made alters aren't allowed to share their identities online for the safety of our system and, depending on *which* alter, our life. The only reason so many fictives have made blogs is so they could interact with others. Hell, we have @iam200yearsold , who's source we've never fucking seen and @justanothercaretaker , who's a Blippi factive. No one faking DID is gonna pretend to have a Blippi alter and pretend to be a character they never seen before.

We're fictive heavy, yes, because we're autistic and hyperfixate a lot, especially when stressed or in a dark place. You know how many times we've binge re-watched hazbin hotel?? We have so many fictives from our favorite sources because those are our comfort shows/games. Cod, yugioh, hh/hb- we even have a fictive of Jaden from Yu-Gi-Oh GX and we don't even like his character that much!

This is just such a stupid comment to make. You only know about what we put online, not everything we go through. We keep 90% of our struggles and alters in a private discord server with JUST our 3 closest friends. You don't get to see that cause it's not your business.
