Halo-Halo Costs Ingredients

It's been bothering me for a while now that if you play on a lot that has the simple living trait, the Halo-Halo dish is completely free no matter which size you choose. This mod makes it actually cost ingredients with simple living, and also uses fresh ingredients if you have that ticked on.

single meal → 1 fruit

family meal → 3 fruits

party meal → 6 fruits
