i have suddenly got the motivation to write my story with Vine and Wilt. okay so its made after a dream i had ok. and like, takes place in the midst of some war between humans and The Flesh (temporary name for the fleshy monsters). its horror fantasy i guess. ok i cant describe the vibe, but i like the vibe. ok ok and, umm. fortress.. Uhh,

Wilt is a runaway human boy from the Fortress, he lives with one of The Flesh in a cabin deep in the forest past the desert. also, the flesh can take somewhat human forms but they'll still look a little odd (due to this, sometimes visibly disabled humans are exiled from the fortress, like folks whose disablities sorta affect how they look)

imagine an army of these running at you. i love my flesh monsters. fyi they are wrapped in human flesh. magic so the flesh doesnt decay. they STINK too probably, i guess unless they got some magical perfume. lol

The Flesh that Wilt lives with is mostly in his more humanoid form so that Wilt isnt uncomfortable. very father son relationship. Vine comes in later on
