Cosmic Contest II
The tournament begins today! Get hype!
As a reminder of the setting and the rules, this is set up by Kaargra Warfang around a decade after the first Cosmic Contest. She presumably has some phenomenal cosmic power that brings them to the fight and stops them from leaving (possibly an OblivAeon Shard?)
The battlefield is equally hospitable to both combatants, providing cover for stealthy types, large open areas for flyers, etc. but no other life forms.
Characters don't have any minions, non-standard gear, or time to study or plan their upcoming opponents, nor do they have time to rest between fights.
Battles are to the defeat, not necessarily to the death. (Think the incapacitated side on any given Sentinels of the Multiverse hero character card)
