I don’t remember how many years ago it was, but it feels like I just yesterday read half of the chapters in one night. Cuz it was like that. I read half of it in one night. It was freaking cute, sad, heartwarming and heartbreaking. One of the most unique shoujo I saw.

I don’t even know if I can tell it’s a “romance”. Cuz it’s so different. At first I thought it will be some average love story between grandchildren of yakuza. I even found first chapter as boring and so predictable. But man, I never have been so wrong in my life. The second chapter gave me goosebumps and shocked me so greatly. It’s great. After reading all of the translated chapters, I went to see if this mangaka has other works - and yes she has one another - “Curse of Spring” (magnificent story). She’s a great artist.

My heart is melting while reading it. Art is beautiful and story is so well done. Waiting to see what’s male lead really feel towards female lead.

1. You Got Me, Senpai!
You know, it’s so lovey-dovey, and it’s such a normal shoujo, but at the same time it’s different than other shoujo manga’s. I don’t know how to exactly describe it, but it has something that I was always searching in a shoujo manga. So far, there’s no big drama, the main characters aren’t superhumans that are freaking popular in school or something, it’s just a cute, love story, that a young girl like me always dreamed about.
They’re relationship is so healthy and pure that it amazes me, that there’s a mangaka who could made it.
