Didrik Magnus-Andresen is a Norwegian illustrator and comic creator who is currently working on his first graphic novel: Ultima Thule. In this film, we meet the artist in his own home in Oslo where he works and lives. This film is a sneak peak into the story of the book and hopefully it gives some insight on the artist´s life and method. Ultima Thule will be published on Jippi Comics.

Lately I’ve been collaborating with Cyborg Neil Harbisson and makeup artist Livinger Echo on making national anthems into colorful faces. Neil hears colors through an antenna in his head and by listening to different anthems he is describing to Livinger what the songs look like. Livinger then combines the colors in facial paint and lets Neil listen to the faces. We are now making a short documentary film on the project which is coming soon!

Met these lovely startup-lads from Prague in Lisbon last week and joined a conference they were having, talking about the process behind Avocode, an app they’ve made for bringing out code of Photoshop layers (correct me Matt if I got it wrong.) Turns out these guys likes to travel and surf and so they go to another city a couple of times every year and rents an office where they work and hang out. That sounds like an exquisite combination of work and good times to me! #inspiringpeople Btw take a look at their office or villa or both in Prague: blog.avocode.com/blog/take-a-look-into-our-office
