Some of you fundamentally don't know how stories work.

I've been seeing some dogshit takes about the finale. That it was too Jax centric and that they should've explained everything about the headsets and C&A, and to those people I need them to understand how stories work So a lot of the time. When telling a story, there is this thing called a "theme", right... bare with me. This theme, or sometimes themes, are the thing that the story revolves around and tend to be the heart of the story, and that's the thing that needs to be focused on in order to get the message or heart of the story across And sometimes characters represent different frames of reference for the theme, so we can have a 'central conflict' as character's ideas about the theme battle, or conversate, in order for the story to get it's message across. And sometimes there are things called details. And details is the information that give stories their context. Not all details are created equal and some of them need additional details to give more context, all in service of the story and it's theme. So not every detail is going to be important. Sometimes a narrative leaves some details unexplained because the answer to those details doesn't matter and will actively detract from the story trying to be told. So yeah, that's how stories work. the frustrating "Mamdani is the boy king! leader we seek, teacher to the Democratic nation" posting has started and its like taking SO much not to be like MATH! DO YOU SPEAK IT MOTHERFUCKERS?! as of writing you Mamdani has 50.3%.... while other Democrats dominate in crushing blue waves, he's barely dragging past the 50% running against a joke and someone endorsed by Trump, he's bad at this, really bad at this, SO fucking bad at this.

what other democrats that were running in the general were also running against the republican AND a dynastic democrat in Andrew Cuomo? Yeah he won with the smallest margin. But he won with the smallest margin in a THREE way race vs the democrats who just ran against republicans. If you’re trying to convince me that if mamdani would have only gotten 50 percent if it was him and Sliwa alone, then I think you have a rock in your head.
