Iggy climbs onto Bowser's arm to sit there. His body trying really hard to curl itself into a ball. But he resists.

" I... Ran into these, uh... Starborn brothers? Haha...turns out ... The concept of a god being real and... Completely unaware of my sufferings ...! My life was a living hell every day before you took me in! But apparently my pain wasn't good enough for the gods to even notice!"

He sounds like he's about to cry, his voice breaking.

*Bowser hugs Iggy tightly*

Well.. they're gods, but, they're not good people.

And they don't care about anyone.

If I knew who hurt you, I'd burn em till they looked like steak.

I'd do anything to make you kids feel loved, and I mean it.

Iggy let out a whine when hugged, appreciating the pressure of the squeeze. It's helping him stay somewhat calm.

"Especially the green one... He appeared because his brother got a bit sad. Boo hoo. Blamed me for it. Cuz everything bad that happens near me is so always my fault! BWAHAHA!"

Iggy sighs, frowning as he looks for kamak while Bowser presumably storms off.

Iggy still seems a bit worse for where: glasses lopsided from his crying. Which he did his best to clean up and hide when Bowser returned.

Nothing against his father, if anything it's everything against his biological father for making him have the habit of masking his sadness.

It's okay to cry, kiddo.

Iggy had his reservations, he's an adult, he shouldn't cry, right? It's silly. It's childish it's ...

... He immediately climbs onto Bowser's shell to lay there. He just... does this. It helps him calm down. He used to even fall asleep there sometimes as a kid.

*Bowser pats Iggy in the head*

Sometimes it's the weight of my position as king, sometimes I'm just having a really bad day.

Iggy settles down, letting out a small whimper. He did cry. His subtle sniffles audible.

Sorry for not being around much, ever since Lord Bowser set up this Tumblr thing, I've been the one keeping everything in-line, i suppose.

..not sure why the "elite trio" can't handle it.. hmph..

"I ran some experiments in my lab and spilled acid on my arm! bwahaha!"

Iggy grins as he held up his arm, which was absolutely burnt to all hell.

"I told Dad but he told me to tell you to fix it."

(Kamek winces at the sight)

Oh my.. that is.. definitely something.

(He conjures his wand.) Hold still... this may be a little painful.

It's hard to tell if it's a good thing or a deeply concerning thing that Iggy doesn't react much to the supposed pain of healing his arm. He just watches his arm be healed to a much less severe state. One where he should be able to heal fine on his own at least.

"phew... Thanks grandpa! Glad I'm not going to the emergency room this time!"

He says with the most normal smile.

(Kamek grabs a tuft of Iggy's hair sternly [since he doesn't really have ears])

Now listen here, you start being more careful about that acidic stuff, you hear me? If i have to fix you up again.. well.. I will, but i won't be happy about it.

"ow! Ow! Ow! Okay, gramps! I'll be careful!"

Iggy hisses as his hair was grabbed. Whining like some kicked puppy.
