All players seem to be getting Gabriel, a new Tier IX Persona, for free with this update (or, at the very least, they're giving players a free Gabriel's Seal, and she'll be purchasable in the usual Persona/skill card shop? I can't tell for sure)

Unsurprisingly, Ann's Sympathy will be added in this version
A new addition to the Thieves' Mindscape will be added, "Attribute Harmony" and "Attribute Combat Skill". These points "can be used to select and configure skills in the skill library. Characters of the same attribute share the same Attribute Harmony and Attribute Combat Skill libraries." ("attribute" referring to their element)
It's not clear if every character will immediately be able to unlock these new nodes, or if only certain elements' harmony and combat skill libraries will be added right now, but we can at least be sure Chord will have access to this feature, as they showed her in the trailer
Tempest Wind's Core Activation Mindscape node added
Engraving for Wonder's All In knife added (it's mentioned that at least one engraving stamp for this knife will be a Palace exploration reward)
Queen of Wands (Self) will be added as a new Revelation card; it has an effect when paired with 9 of Swords (Cruelty): After consuming energy, damage dealt is increased by 10% for 2 rounds (stacks up to 4)
Rerun banners for Junpei and Koromaru until 8/13
A new mechanic is being added to Desire Gallery which "accumulates energy through Weakness damage. When full, it can be activated to instantly knock down all enemies and trigger a more powerful All Out Attack"
As mentioned before, starting with Chapter 6 in this update, all trial characters lent during the main story will be Awareness 6
