Yeah Wukong is taking his stay at home dad role extremely seriously😭😭😭

I think this is why Xiaoxing cannot fathom the idea that Wukong is like a legend,,, he’s like “my DAD??? Hah! You’re joking right?” No vote of confidence from this kid,,, funnily enough shadowpeach wouldn’t really correct him much since they don’t want the kid becoming like one of those snotty nepo babies💃💃💃

Also yes, Ma and the other Marshall and Generals definitely have family,, like generations long lmaooo,,,, I wasn’t kidding when I said that shadowpeach were very late with starting their family lmaooo,,,, it’s like the resident old grandpas pulling up with a baby and everyone like HUH??! There was a time when the Sun felt anger and its rage hit the Earth, causing its ground to shake and showered everything with fire. The ocean and the air, unable to reach the Sun, pleaded the creation of the Moon to talk to the Sun and ease its heart. The Moon was able to calm the increasing fire, but when the Sun had calmed the damage was already done, and the Earth first creatures no longer existed. The Sun cried, its tears caused the Earth's heart to burn and from there a creature emerged, cracking the ground and destroying mountains, pouring into the ocean and creating new grounds. The magma no longer hid inside the Earth's heart, and from that moment everything will know about its existence to the point that not even the Sun would ignore it.

Red Boy (Son) was born after the Earth's grounds overheated, he was the response to the Earth's cries and he is in charge to help it liberate its heat and pressure. He creates volcanoes and guides the magma to the outside.

The Sun and the Moon are the main protectors of the Earth, they keep an eye on its creatures and fight any threat that approaches. It should not be like this. Moons and starts are not supposed to take care of a planet, they just have to exist near them, but the Sun curiosity made it break the rules and the Moon just followed. Now they dance around the skies making sure that nothing harms their beloved creatures.

When chaos attacked, Wukong insisted to the other primordials to fight for the mortals, but the others reminded him that his power is capable to eradicate the whole planet and they insisted him to not get involved. The Six-Eared Macaque, worried about his Sun and the visible frustration that its creation felt, spoke to other moons until he found a secret, the ability of taking part of their power and convert it into an object so a mortal could use it, this will create a connection and make the primordial lose that portion of their power. It didn’t matter, the Sun is way too powerful to be affected by that…

That would not mean anything if the Moon corrupts, right?

The Moon's Fall

There was a time when darkness reached the Earth and covered the sky, leaving the living creatures alone in the dark of night. The Sun, worried about the mortals, created the stars to give light to the creatures during those times the Moon is not able to shine.

When Chaos found the Earth it tried to consume it, Sun Wukong and his companions fought against it and managed to keep it from destroying the Earth, but were incapable of eliminating it. The Moon then offered a solution, the Air tricked the Chaos into space and The Moon trapped it inside of it, being corrupted in the process. This caused it to start loosing the light given by the Sun, and its creation’s form changed too. Wukong created stars and placed them on his hair as an attempt to make him feel better. It worked.

But Wukong knows that one day the Moon and its creation will no longer be able to shine…

Redesign

The ocean became a great friend of the Sun, and suffered alone when it disappeared from the sky. Its sadness reached the Moon, which cried at its side. Their tears mixed and from the deepest oceans a creature emerged and helped the Moon to hold the Sun's light.

The Six-Eared Macaque was created from the Moon trying to reach the depths of the ocean, it can control the shadows and checks on everything that the Sun's light cannot protect. He makes sure that the Moon shines in the skies every time the Sun is gone. He can only exist behind the Sun and his creation (Sun Wukong). Some believe he’s a benevolent soul, but others claim his tears and anger could rise the oceans and drown everything the Sun cares for.

There was a time when the Sun and the ocean had a disagreement, it evolved into a fight that needed the intervention of the air, but it got caught into their fight. The mix of the three made the skies roar, and when a lightning hit the waves a creature was born. Its bad temper causes massive storms that remind the Sun and ocean the damage that their fights can provoke.

Erlang was born from a storm caused by a fight between Sun Wukong and Sandy that disturbed the air. He can create and control storms and alters the wind speed and temperature, messing directly with Ao Lie’s job. Ao Lie never gets mad with him, and always does his best to calm him down so the ocean can rest and the Sun's light can reach the Earth again. Sun Wukong became his friend, but doesn’t fully trust Erlang. Erlang is the only one who pays close attention to the Moon, ready to strike if needed.

Primordial au: I think once the truth is revealed, everyone else will be concerned or angry ( in Wukong's case) as to why Mac would go to battle with a baby on the way.

Also, if things had gone Macaque's, how would he reveal his pregnancy anyway?

It’s funny cause Macaque is actively trying to dip anytime things get a lil too hard in the AU but he keeps getting pulled back in by everyone and the stress they give him when they’re being reckless lmaooo

He wasn’t planning to confront a primordial god at all,,, he didn’t even wanna confront anything but MK and Wukong just had to pull up when he’s trying to discreetly leave town😭😭😭😭 they kinda just scruffier him and threw him into the car lmaoo

Hmmm me thinks for the second question that Macaque wouldn’t have revealed anything, he’d just pull up like a year later with an infant😭😭😭

He’d go like this is my kid😎👍 (only Wukong would be having a crisis cause he’s like is that my kid??? That’s definitely my kid right??? (Everyone else assumes he just picked up a kid from somewhere and Macaque would not correct their assumption lmaoo))

Also very important to note: the small tidbit with Macaque being naturally white furred,, but Wukong had no idea Macaque was actually white furred for as long as he knew him,, it wasn’t until after the fight during the journey that he finds out about this (plus other stuff (basically how he looks in canon lmaoo))

(You might be wondering why past!Macaque had light fur during Wukong’s nightmare in chapter 2 of Celestial affairs and that’s cause Wukong is dreaming of what he wished that memory would have looked like instead of what actually happened💃💃💃)

There’s quite a bit of stuff going on so breakdown time💃💃💃

I was looking to kinda start elaborating 3am’s timeline a bit since it is way different than what we think happened in canon and jttw,, this was basically the sparksnote version and more of Heaven’s involvement during those 500 years since Heaven’s role in Wukong’s and Macaque’s lives is the main plot of Celestial Affairs

This whole thing is in the pov of Macaque, so we don’t get a lot of what Wukong really went through during this period, but he changed a lot after everything he went through, they both did, and it’s because of these changes that they were able to start again, as equals after the journey (an a few centuries of fighting), because their dynamic had become more and more unequal by the time that the war on Heaven happened, highlighting how Macaque’s concerns were swept away by arrogance of winning,

But they both care so much about each other, and they both overcame their struggles….a little too well cause now they got a baby on the way😭😭😭👍

Initially he wasn’t gonna be Ma’s brother but him and her having similar shorten nicknames kinda made me think of it as family type of nickname, and then boom they became siblings lmaoo,,,, fun fact: Ba has only met Wukong a handful of time and most of that was when he was very young so he doesn’t really know him that much💃💃💃

Divorce Reality Tv AU *jazz hands*

I started this when there was that trend of girls having a girls night of taking pregnancy tests, putting the in a cup, shaking them, and then randomly grabbing one and saying the results,,, safe to say the reactions were funny in those videos,,,

Not so fun for Macaroni over here😭😭😭

Still doing my little worldbuilding that powerful demons and celestials keep their children a secret from everyone until they’re older and capable of protecting themselves,,, shadowpeach would have followed this same tradition if they hadn’t just assumed they were infertile since a long time ago because of their immortalities and centuries of trying and nothing

So uhhh guess the baby was waiting for them to be on the cusp of divorce to surprise them😁😁👍
