@kingoftheunexpected-blog
There are a thousand other rp blogs for the canon character I play. So what do you like about MINE?
Yeah c'mon
THIS BLOG WILL NEVER BE ‘MUTUALS ONLY’.
I may be selective, I may be sporadic, but I promise that this blog will never be mutuals only. Always feel free to contact me to discuss plotting. This does not mean you are guaranteed an rp with me. It just means that I will always be open to consider writing with people that I haven’t followed back!
"Please don't think of this too much, an anon is putting me through this." Rosalia sighed before kissing Mish-Mosh on the cheek.
“Oh, uh... n-not at all!” Mish-Mosh chortled, attempting to hide the initial fluster that the little peck just sent through him despite his cheeks betraying him. “I suppose the anons have pushed you towards a lot of us Discords, given you and your daughter’s affinity towards us avatars of anarchy. She’s such a peach!” Mish-Mosh gushed, poofing a peach into his hand, then changing it into an apple effortlessly as he added, “But, I suppose the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree in that regard.”
Like/Reblog this post if you wouldn’t mind roleplaying with the human version of a My Little Pony character.
Reblog if you think there's so much more to RP than shipping.
If I can ever recommend one thing to you, it is this:
I have several done years of RPing, and this has taken me to countless different forums and, if you are at all familiar with RP forums, let me tell you, they were the lowest of the low some six or seven years ago.
In one of these forums, a legendary tale happened, a tale that, if I can ever recommend one thing to you, it is this:
The Ballad of Edgardo.
A story that happened to an anonymous RPer years ago.
Anyone will be able to appreciate it (and trust me, you will), but if you are kinsmen or kinswomen to me, if you ever had to experience the shittiest of RP forums and their terrible userbases, particularly that one guy that does whatever he wants and is an asshole that clearly godmods but gets away with it because the actual mods don’t give a damn, you will find the beauty behind the ballad that much brighter.
Just trust me on this one. It’s not a particularly long read, either.
I hope you enjoy The Ballad of Edgardo
this is my fave
Sorry for the Unannounced Hiatus, Everyone...
((The renovation is nowhere near being started, but life here has been busy... and as a result of that, I haven’t been really feeling in the RP mood. But I think I’m ready to hop back into it, especially now that I know it’s likely not happening until July. Expect to see me around more regularly!))
"Hey there!" From above, a blue female creature would suddenly meet him eye to eye, upside down of course and somehow defying gravity to the point that her black mane wasn't flipped toward the ground. I say creature for while she had the body of a pony, she had paws in place of front hooves, bright blue horns on her head, and a long elegant tail that had a fan of feathers at the end that were the same color as her horns.
To say Discord was shocked to see this… whatever it was… was a definite understatement. He assumed it was some sort of pony, given the body structure; he attributed… her? …Yes, her; regardless, her blatant ignorance of physics was attributed to the chaos energy he sensed within her. Regardless, it looked enough like a pony to treat it like one!
“Well, aren’t you a unique little… whatever-you-are. I have a feeling you already know my name, so why not tell me yours, hm~?” Discord cooed to the pony-thing before him.
She grinned at seeing the shock on his face, and immediately she would flip right side-up even as she continued to hover in the air. Of course she was still only the size of an adult pony, but it didn’t mean that she had to be on the ground to look up.
“Ohhh, it’s Pandomia~! Disciple of chaos and all those fun titles,” she’d respond. Giggling, she would flip her tail in front of her and rest her elbows on the feathers as though it was a sturdy as a table. “I’ve heard a bit about you from my mother. The gold alicorn Rosalia. Just thought I’d stop by for a spell if you didn’t mind some company~”
“Pandomia! What a lovely name! And Rosalia’s your mother? Oh, she’s such a peach~; and hmmmm… given you know her, and that whole ‘disciple of chaos’ title… you must know of my alternates~! I’ve picked out the name ‘Mish-Mosh’ to set myself apart from them, so… there’s that!” Mish-Mosh explained jovially, attempting to be helpful to his new friend.
“And of course I wouldn’t mind some company~… I do love getting to know the various interesting sorts I get to meet~.. so since I’m sure you know enough about little old moi, how about you go first like the lady you are, hm?”
“Mish-Mosh it is!” She couldn’t help but do a little flip. She had always been energetic whether filly or adult, which was probably one of the reasons she had gotten to be where she was taken in as a apprentice. Giggling as she settled back down, the mare smiled as he commented that she must know all about him and thus she should tell him all about herself.
“Heh, if that’s the case~ But there’s a lot to say, so where to start?” Perhaps start right at the beginning? It was certainly an entertaining tale. “Welp, for one thing I was never born here on this world, the same as mom. Our Discord, Sid as he calls himself to set himself apart, found us on another world. I was actually a human.” She could only presume he knew at least of humans since many Discord alters had, but of course she paused to see if he did have recognition.
“Human, human...,” Mish-Mosh muttered under his breath, pondering the name. “...you mean those things with pasty, mostly furless skin that conquered their magicless world by virtue of being the first creatures capable of basic tool-crafting? I’ve met a few in my extradimensional vacations, and gleaned secondhand information about the ones from the world Twilight’s extradimensional missions take her to; though apparently, the ones in that world are tinted the color of their counterpart’s fur, rather than the typical ‘fleshy’ colors I’ve seen myself. I attribute that to the dimension somehow being some kind of extreme offshoot of our own, and Twilight’s admitted I may have a point; after all, it’s a great big omniverse out there...”
Mish-Mosh blinked, realizing he’d rambled his train of thought onto an entirely different track; however, he’d also given himself an opportunity to correct its course. Continuing on, he queried, “Speaking of... how did you two get from that world as a human mother and daughter, to Ponyville as an alicorn and a... chimera?” Mish-Mosh shrugged passively. “Apologies if that offended unintentionally; just, I’m not quite sure what else to call you. You certainly aren’t an ordinary pegasus, that’s for sure,” Mish-Mosh concluded with a chortle, enjoying the exuberant emotive energy she was giving off.
