Seafoam is a tricky color. It can't be too blue but it can't be too green either. It can't be too muted but it can't be too bright. It took several floss colors (and a lot of UGH's) before I found a shade that I deem a perfect seafoam. To save you the trouble, DMC floss 964 is my go-to seafoam. You're welcome 🐚

Technically I'm sugar-free (hence my unsweetened chai from earlier) but when I'm gifted a storm trooper cookie in the same color scheme as my current embroidery hoop, I must take it as a sign from the universe that today calls for a bite of a cookie. It's gonna be heaven. I can't even believe I paused long enough to take a photo but I have to document cause I love when life coordinates ⚪️⚫️
Current work desk 🐘 Beginnings of a custom hoop set and brainstorming some new ready to ship sets (along with a chai which in my nearly sugar-free world is unsweetened coconut milk and a teaspoon of chai mix). Fun fact: my favorite organizational items (and yes, this is super organized for me) are hat boxes and trays. This antique wooden tray is my go-to for hoops sets. And hat boxes are my favs for yarn related projects. A perk is these make my studio look more like the rest of my home instead of a container store. Now I just need like 50 more hat boxes and trays and I'll be good 🙎🏼
