He had read stories about her in books long forgotten on the dusty back shelves of the library: a kind-hearted pink hedgehog who wielded a hammer with unforgiving might hundreds of years ago. She was part of a team of heroes who fought countless times against a mad man with robots. 'It must have been incredible to see her in action,' Shadow thought, as he mindlessly traced the cracks that formed in her stone, passively noting that they hadn't grown any larger since his last visit. He came here often; it had become something of a routine. He had grown particularly fond of this spot—of her.
He often thought about what it would have been like to have been born in a different era, so he might have had the chance to meet her.
Featuring a tiny chunk of a Different Era AU I've come up with in which Team Sonic existed long before the Ark, Shadow becomes a librarian for tactical reasons, and Silver is a history professor at the local university.
I intended to write a one-shot to go along this piece but after talking with a friend and reworking some stuff, I decided I had too many ideas and need more time lol.
my thoughts about Caine's model lacking many essential facial features (as if he was never intended to show any emotions) and yet him being literally the most expressive character in the circus despite everything.
me being low-key obsessed with the implications episode 7 left us with. Players questioning everything they've been told and Caine being in the center of it all.
Just to be clear, I do believe Caine is written as a sentient AI who is just struggling to understand humanity and everything that comes with it. And I think these thoughts about him faking his emotions are inherently wrong within a story. He's oblivious and desperate but not malicious. But couple it with the fact that he's been lying about many other things (so far I'm inclined to think it was for players' sake in his own eyes) and that humans have been suffering for a while dealing with a literal god that doesn't understand them... Well, I have a feeling that they will doubt his motives and literally everything they know, rightfully so.
The amount of attention this little comic received is a bit terrifying and overwhelming and seeing all of the different interesting interpretations people come up with I just wanted to explain mine own a little better <3
I want them all to be healed and happy, little guy absolutely included, but man the situation is rough, and the odds are against us
(Also please ignore the fact that I've messed up while writing my own name in the first couple of frames hah, am tireddd)
These faces have been and will be in my mind all month, and likely they will never leave. Worse even, there will likely be more added. To artists and those of us who can speak up, we NEED to speak up—we are as much a part of this world and society as everyone else, and we can create things that can do even just a little good/reflection/solidarity. I’m so angry, which only means I’m NOT going to stop speaking out and doing what I can to remind people that this is so wrong and evil. Abolish ICE!!!
Hmmm... Something about the new shopkeep next door seems sus.

I always thought that as soon as you give those two a whisper of a chance, they would be inseparable. They are both so passionate and needy. Maybe that's why SEGA won't let them interact
Maybe I will do graphs for other ships, I dunno. Tell me if you want me to!
