2: Do they actively fear death/how do they feel about themself dying?

Yes = How did that experience shape their feelings on death? How did they cope?
No = Do they actively fear someone close to them dying? How do they cope?
4: If someone close to them does die, how would they cope with it?
5: If someone they don’t know that well dies, how would they react to it?
6: How long does it take for them to process it when someone has died?
7: Have they ever killed someone?
Yes = If so how did that shape affect their perception of death?
No = is there ever a situation where they would? What would that be?
8: Is there anyone they believe deserves to die?
9: Have they ever wanted to kill themself?
Yes = why? did they try? were they still scared?
No = is there anything that would cause them to want to?
10: What do they want to have done and accomplished before they die?
11: What do they want for their funeral and those close to them after they die?
12: What would they be thinking about and feeling in their final moments?
