PS: As a note, lain refers to herself in the third person a lot here. This is called ‘illeism’. Young children do this when they are learning to talk in Japan. Lain is doing this to appear more childlike and therefore cuter.
I saw something similer here and i loved it so i reacreated it. The original didnt had any discription on how to do it so here is one :3 Use a custom Classic Windows Style then go to Advanced Tap and change the colors The Navi Name and Logo can be made by using a EXE editing program and editing C:/Windows/Explorer.exe there in bitmap change the windows icon (you have to dig i fogot the name) and change under string the i think 34 and 37 (just look through them you should change "start") Backround is easy you can get good ones from "wallhaven.cc" The blue bubbels are wigets made with avedesktop. have fun with it!
