Where leaves of years were thickly strewn. (by Avina ★彡) My Sunday outfit for Anime Expo and the Little Tokyo Japan Fashion Walk that was filmed by Kawaii International! I really had no idea what I was going to wear until earlier that week, and decided to make a super over-the-top mori-girl/cult party-kei hybrid outfit. I hope you enjoy the look, I had a lot of fun wearing it!

It was sooo comfy to wear, perfect for a busy Friday at Anime Expo. Check it out, the back of the jacket says “Day Dream” on it to go with Daydream Carnival! v v v v

The lilac sky is trying to rest her head on his shoulder. (by Avina ★彡) I had the wonderful opportunity to attend a lavender festival while I was in California this summer. It was an incredibly hot day, but I had so much fun decorating my hat with bundles of lavender and taking photos among the beautiful bushes.
I tried to channel my undying and unquenched love for Pink House with this coordinate. I'm totally in love with this jumperskirt, thank you wonderfinch for letting me borrow it! ;A;
EGL is doing their “Ita to Lolita” theme, so for the heck of it I started digging through an ancient Photobucket!! I arranged outfits from late 2008 to early 2010 that were taken close to a year or exactly a year apart. 1st photo in the 2nd row was my first Loli-Valentine I’ve ever received! I feel nostalgic looking back at all this—and also proud that I improved so much over a year.
Our birthdays are feathers in the broad wing of time. (by Avina ★彡) I was able to attend Fairytale Boutique’s second anniversary event—which was a total blast!! I was lucky enough to be chosen as the night’s coordinate contest winner—which was super exciting! It was the first time I had ever won anything like that. *A* I miss California so much! I’ve more or less wanted to wear some variation of this jacket + one-piece combination for years—even before I finally acquired Magical Etoile! So happy it was well-received.

I’ve never been to a meet-up that large in such a long time—it was a total blast. Thanks for being so awesome California—I’ll be seeing you (very) soon.
The first time I twinned with my bb wonderfinch! <3 <3 Ugh, I am going to miss California so much. I find it funny that I made it through my backlog of outfits and reached California's a few days after leaving. Can't wait to rock that sleepy-kei with her again. <3
God! How you earn all of this? Do you have a well paying job or are you a saver?

世界が終わる、ゴジラが目覚める。 (by Avina ★彡) Went to see Godzilla a few months back in my “Disney Channel star” disguise. It was a fun time—I was incredibly happy with the movie and the directing choices that were made.
With this wig and make-up, I feel like this is exactly how I would sneak around my fans in my Disney Channel TV show. I am addicted to that Kat Von D lip.
The women are the strong ones, truly. (by Avina ★彡) I went to visit a new comic book store that had opened relatively recently—so I wanted to coordinate my newest jumperskirt in a kind of “old-school meets weeaboo” way by emphasizing the tartan in the print and wearing Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure tights with it! It was fun a fun time, although I started to regret the shoe choice almost immediately.
It's not quite lolita, I think it's kind of otome? I should probably file this under "aomoji-kei."
Happiness was born a twin. (by Avina ★彡) I went to the arcade on a rainy day with friends. We played rhythm games and got addicted to Rambo all over again. I also got to twin with a friend~
That day was incredibly fun!! I have a bunch of super goofy photos of us playing video games and posing dramatically with guns. I can't wait to see my friends in Florida again!
A small step forward is better than one back. (by Avina ★彡) I was able to get one of my favourite older lolita pieces for a steal—and I really waited for an occasion to wear it out. It is just a beautiful print with super-soft chirimen and vibrant colours. Kimono has always held a soft spot in my heart, but I never feel confident I could wear it well—so this is a really happy in-between for me.

また少し遠くなる。 (by Avina ★彡) I went to a really bitter-sweet lolita meet-up—it was a farewell meet-up for one of our most active members and her sister. I actually tripletted with one of them in this print—it was a fun experience! This is super casual lolita—I just love how simple this skirt is to wear, and the print is just too cute.
